Most non-sterile prescriptions are fulfilled within 2–3 business days of a valid prescription.
3–5 DAYS
Sterile preparations
Injectables and other sterile preparations typically take 3–5 business days, because every batch is tested before release.
COLD CHAIN
Temperature-controlled shipping
Temperature-sensitive medications ship in validated cold-chain packaging with tracking from our door to yours.
5–7 DAYS
Request early
Please request refills at least 5–7 days before you run out, especially for medications that require cold-chain shipping.
No refills left? If your prescription has expired or has no refills remaining, your provider needs to send a new one before we can fill it.
